A-1 Glass & Screen

Message: Broke a small window in our bathroom. It is an old International, dual-paned, but nothing fancy. Called several places and were told it could take anywhere from two weeks to four to repair. Didn't want to wait and suffer leakage from predicted rain, as our house is a Santa Fe and there are no eaves. Took the glass to A-1. They looked at it and said they'd have it repaired by 5:00 pm that same day. They were very nice, and extremely efficient. The cost was reasonable and fair. So glad we found them, highly recommend!

Message: I went to A-1 Glass and they were INCREDIBLE! So nice. I brought in the large side piece of glass from my China cabinet (and two other pieces of glass that were broken in our recent move) Friday around 10am. She told me it would probably be a few days and they’d call me. By 3pm the same day, I was picking up all three pieces! I couldn’t believe it. When they told me the total I couldn’t believe it. $53 for all three pieces- cut perfectly for all three pieces. Correct thickness I needed. All three pieces are displayed and looked great! So grateful they got it done so quickly. My China cabinet looks great and the cats aren’t jumping into it through the gaping hole anymore! An amazing price for an amazing product and customer service. Thank. You!

Message: Excellent customer service. I needed an 8 by 8 piece of glass cut for me. The charge was $11 and they cut it for me immediately. Sierra Vista Glass wanted to charge me $60 for the same piece of glass..

Message: Andrea is awesome and did a fantastic job coordinating everything for our window replacement. The installation professionals were very efficient and punctual. Will definitely use A-1 again for any future window and glass needs. This was our second time using A-1, they did a great job replacing the windshield on our Jeep last year.

Message: My patio glass door was vandalized (thrown rock). A1 sent an inspector out the day after I called and provided an estimate that day. Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 issues they had to order the glass, so there was some delay in getting it replaced, but the work was excellent and prompt once the glass was received. Price was fair, and workers were very friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

Message: Quality Customer Service and Window Replacement Recommendation:. Some of the windows started getting moisture between the glass panes.. It was time to replace them. The original style was retained with a popular throughout Winterhaven green-grey tint. Andrea in the office was helpful and accommodating. Tyler (right) and John (left) knew what they were doing, did it well and left the job site clean! Thanks.
